The Dell 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Transceiver Module is a high-performance optical transceiver designed to deliver 10 Gbps Ethernet connectivity over multi-mode fiber (MMF) for short-reach applications in modern data centers and enterprise networks. Operating at an 850 nm wavelength, it supports transmission distances of up to 300 meters on OM3 and 400 meters on OM4 cabling, making it ideal for switch-to-switch, server-to-switch, or top-of-rack connections in high-density environments.
