SR3AY Overview

The Intel Xeon Gold 6142, sSpec SR3AY, is a high-performance server CPU from Intel’s first-generation Xeon Scalable lineup (Skylake-SP). It features 16 cores and 32 threads, operating at a base speed of 2.60 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.70 GHz, and includes a sizable 22 MB shared L3 cache to accelerate data-intensive processing. The processor supports three Ultra Path Interconnect (UPI) links at 10.4 GT/s, enabling multi-socket scalability across up to four-socket server systems.
